1. I am the homeowner of the decorated property or I have the homeowner’s permission to participate in the Holiday Lighting Award Program;
2. I consent to the Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie (City) posting and publishing the submitted photograph(s) and the decorated property’s civic address on the City’s website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials related to the Holiday Lighting Award;
3. I understand that the personal information collected on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be used solely for the purposes of administering and promoting the Holiday Lighting Award Program. The City will handle all information collected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will not disclose any personal information beyond what is necessary for the stated purposes of the Holiday Lighting Award Program;
4. I declare the photograph(s) submitted are my own work or that I have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to submit them. I give the City permission to use and publish the photograph(s) for promotional purposes in connection with the Holiday Lighting Award Program without payment; and,
5. I confirm that the photograph(s) and decorations do not contain any obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content, and comply with all applicable laws and City By-laws.
