The City of Sault Ste. Marie has received the following tenders for the Miscellaneous Paving/Construction.

At its open Council meeting, on May 24, 2022, under the Planning section, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie passed By-law 2022-93 which authorizes the extension of the Rental Housing Community Improvement Plan (“CIP”) for an additional two years.
The City of Sault Ste. Marie has released a draft Official Plan with a revised set of policy directives.
The City of Sault Ste. Marie has received the following tenders for Miscellaneous Paving (Contract 2022-13E).
Students entering post-secondary education that reside in Sault Ste. Marie are eligible to submit an application. The application period is open until June 30, 2022.
This summer, construction will begin on a section of the John Rowswell Hub Trail that will improve safety and create a consistent and comfortable experience for all ages and abilities when travelling along the 24-kilometer trail.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie on the 24th day of May, 2022 passed Zoning By-law 2022-95 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13 and on the 24th day of May, 2022 City Council passed By-law 2022-94 amending the Official Plan amendment under Section 17 of the said Act
