The City of Sault Ste. Marie is inviting the public to provide input into traffic-calming bollards. Bollards are temporary fixtures placed on roadways and removed before winter, to deter speeding and promote safer driving practices in targeted areas.

Specific streets have been identified in response to community concerns regarding speeding and road safety. The City is hosting two open house opportunities for the public to attend and provide feedback regarding the traffic-calming bollards
