Halloween Spirit Awards
The Halloween Spirit Award Program promotes community involvement and recognizes the efforts of residents who decorate up their homes and businesses in the spirit of the Halloween season.
There are two award categories – Residential and Business. In the Residential category, two winners per ward will be selected, and in the Business category, three winners will be selected citywide. Award plaques are presented to the winners.
Details about the 2023 program will be announced in September 2023.
