The Vulnerable Persons Registry (VPR) is a service to be used as part of your personal emergency planning that is free, voluntary and confidential for persons at greater risk during an emergency.
This public service will increase your safety by securely providing key information to paramedics, police, firefighters and where authorized PUC Inc. and Canadian Red Cross. VPR will increase your awareness on how to be prepared during emergencies by providing helpful emergency preparedness resources.
