Transit Optimization Study moves forward with Phase 3

The City of Sault Ste. Marie continues to advance its Transit Optimization Study, an important initiative aimed at evaluating routes, on-demand services, and infrastructure to improve the overall efficiency, accessibility, and sustainability of the transit system.  
 
With Phases 1 and 2 complete, the project team has developed three potential options for enhancing local transit service. Based on data, research, and valuable community feedback gathered thus far, each option offers a different balance of route coverage, frequency, and travel time. 

Public feedback is essential in determing the preferred direction. Residents are encouraged to complete the online survey found here
