Labour Day schedule changes for City facilities

The following City facilities and services will be closed for Labour Day on Monday, September 4, 2023:

Cemetery office

City Landfill and Household Hazardous Waste Depot
GFL Memorial Gardens, office and Box Office
James L. McIntryre Centennial Library and the North Branch Library
• Ermatinger•Clergue National Historic Site
John Rhodes Community Centre arenas
Northern Community Centre
Peter G. Manzo outdoor pool – closed for the season
Public Works office. For 24-hour emergency service, call 705-759-5201. 
Ronald A. Irwin Civic Centre
Sault Transit and Parabus service will not operate. The Pointe Des Chenes bus has ended for the season. Main transit office is closed. 
Seniors Centres – Bay Street Active Living Centre and Northern Community Centre Seniors 55+
 
Garbage & Recycling Collection
No garbage, leaf and yard waste or recycling pickup on Monday, September 4. Collection for the remainder of the week will be one day late.

The following facilities and services are open Monday, September 4:
Bellevue Marina – 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. For fall hours please refer to onsite signage.
Bellevue Park Concession is open 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. Closed for the season after September 4.
Roberta Bondar Marina – open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Closed for the season after September 4.
V.E. Greco outdoor pool open regular hours – closes for the season after Labour Day.
The John Rhodes pool will be open. Parent & Child/Lane Swim 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and a Public Swim 1:15 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
