The City of Sault Ste. Marie is accepting proposals from interested parties to lease and operate commercial space at the Northern Community Centre (NCC), 556 Goulais Avenue.
This opportunity is intended to enhance amenities and further elevate the overall experience for users of these facilities. Entrepreneurs or established businesses seeking to expand their services are encouraged to submit a proposal.
Submissions will be evaluated based on suitability for the space, relevant business experience, proposed operating hours, and the ability to contribute to the facility’s activation and vibrancy. Following the evaluation process, the results of the Request for Proposal process will be presented to City Council for approval, along with the supporting lease agreements.
