The City of Sault Ste. Marie seeks public input into the Transit Optimization Study

The City of Sault Ste. Marie has launched a Transit Optimization Study to evaluate the current route design and other services provided by Sault Ste. Marie Transit. To ensure the community’s voice is heard, complete the online
survey or attend the upcoming open house.
Date: Tuesday, March 25, 2025
Time: 4 – 7 p.m. (drop-in format). Formal presentation at 5:30 p.m.
Location: Russ Ramsay Room, Ronald A. Irwin Civic Centre, 3rd Floor.
The study will review Sault Ste. Marie Transit routes, on-demand services, the potential relocation of the Dennis Street terminal and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.
