Proposed Lane Closing - Sault Ste. Marie Park Subdivision

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie proposes to pass By-law 2018-165 to stop up, close and authorize the conveyance of a lane in the Sault Ste. Marie Park Subdivision, Plan 7602.
The proposed by-law along with a plan outlining the lands to be affected may be seen in the Legal Department 4 at the Civic Centre.
Notice is also hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of The City of Sault Ste. Marie proposes by this by-law to authorize the conveyance of the stopped up and closed lane to the owners of the abutting land.
Any person who wishes to make representation that his or her lands will be prejudicially affected by the By-law must provide written notice of his/her objection to the by-law to the Legal Department prior to the third reading of the by-law. Anyone who has filed such notice will then be contacted prior to third reading of the by-law.
