Road Closure - Wellington Street between Huron Street and Carmen's Way

The City's Public Works and Engineering Services Department would like to inform motorists that Wellington Street between Huron Street and Carmen's Way will be closed to throughway traffic beginning at 6:30 a.m. for one day on
Tuesday, November 27. The closure is necessary to facilitate a watermain connection associated with the City's reconstruction work.
Access to businesses on the North side of Wellington Street will be from Northland Road and on the South side of Wellington Street will be from the rear laneway via St. George's Avenue and Beverly Street.
Motorists are urged to be cautious and obey all detour signage in the area during this time. The City of Sault Ste. Marie thanks its citizens for their patience and understanding during this temporary road closure period.
