Share feedback on the draft Active Transportation Master Plan

Tuesday, May 27, 2025
The City of Sault Ste. Marie is inviting residents to help shape the future of local transportation. A draft Active Transportation Master Plan (ATMP) has been developed, outlining a long-term vision to support walking, cycling, and rolling across the community.
The ATMP plan aims to enhance both physical and social infrastructure by making transportation safer, more accessible, and better connected across the community. A City-wide network of sidewalks, bike routes, and multi-use trails will be designed to improve safety, increase transportation choices, and better connect key destinations across the City.
The city is hosting two drop-in public information sessions to share details of the draft plan and collect public input. Residents are encouraged to attend and provide input.
