Applications to Boards and Committees

The City of Sault Ste. Marie is extending the deadline for applications from individuals interested in serving on the following Boards and Committees: 

Boards and Committees of Council  
Committee of Revision – Local Improvements 
Community Development Award
Fence Viewers Committee 
Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee 
Property Standards Committee 
Tourism Board
 
Appointments are for two years. Additional information can be found at www.saultstemarie.ca/boardscommittees
 
Interested individuals are encouraged to complete the application form available on the City’s website at www.saultstemarie.ca/boardscommittees and include details about their relevant experience or expertise. Applicants who have previously applied for these positions do not need to reapply. 
 
Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be held in strict confidence to be used solely for the purpose stated above. 

Applications will be accepted by the City Clerk until 4:30 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2025.
