Summer student application deadline March 15

The City of Sault Ste. Marie's Summer Student Employment Program offers many opportunities for students to gain valuable experience and develop skills through summer employment.
The City values the education of its residents and recognizes the need for summer employment to support a student lifestyle. As such, the Human Resources Department stresses that this opportunity is for students only.
Eligibility
To be eligible for employment in this program, students must be currently enrolled in full-time studies; attending a recognized post-secondary school in both the winter semester leading into the summer term and the fall semester following it.
Note: All new summer students must be available to attend our mandatory orientation on Wednesday, May 6 and Thursday, May 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
How to Apply
The Human Resources Department will accept applications from January 1 to March 15.
Please note: Returning students are required to complete and submit an application.
Save the completed application form and email with resume and proof of current education to human.resources@cityssm.on.ca with the subject line 'Summer Student Application'.
