The City of Sault Ste. Marie is pleased to offer a Virtual City Hall portal.
The easy to use tool allows property and business owners to conveniently access their accounts virtually. The online service assists with several aspects of City taxes including access to tax accounts, balances, transactions and assessments.
To activate an account, you will need your Tax Roll number and Customer ID number which is found at the top corner of the tax bill.
Registration Instructions

Go to the Virtual City Hall portal

Fill out the required information. Your Roll Number and Customer ID Number can be found on your Property Tax Bill.

Submit your information. You will receive an email to activate your account.

Activate your account using the link in the email.

Return to the Virtual City Hall portal and log-in using your account information.
