Special Occasion Permits
Anyone who wishes to sell and serve alcohol at a designated site must complete an agreement form that stipulates the conditions under which alcohol may be served. In addition, the responsible person must obtain a Special Occasion Permit from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). These permits are issued through Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) SOP service stores throughout the province on behalf of the AGCO.

The municipality will not permit the sale or consumption of alcohol at "youth only" events unless there is a licensed lounge at the facility.
