Planning Application Notices
City Council hears and decides upon most Planning Act applications, including: official plan amendment, rezoning, and draft plan of subdivision/condominium applications.
The posting of planning application notices allows interested parties the opportunity to submit their comments or to attend the public meeting.
All hearings take place at Council Chambers, Level 3, Civic Centre, 99 Foster Drive, unless otherwise noted.
