Proposed Street Closing - Des Chene Park Subdivision and Des Chene Park "A" Subdivision

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie proposes to pass By-law 2018-188 to stop up, close and authorize the conveyance of part of Sunnyside Beach Road in the Des Chene Park Subdivision, Plan H-429 and Des Chene Park “A” Subdivision, Plan M-172.

The proposed by-law along with a plan outlining the lands to be affected may be seen in the Legal Department at the Civic Centre.

Notice is also hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of The City of Sault Ste. Marie proposes by this by-law to authorize the conveyance of the portion of the stopped up and closed street to the owners of the abutting land.

Any person who wishes to make representation that his or her lands will be prejudicially affected by the By-law must provide written notice of his/her objection to the by-law to the Legal Department prior to the Third Reading of the by-law. Anyone who has filed such notice will then be contacted prior to Third Reading of the by-law.
