Road Closure - Black Road between Second Line and Third Line

The City's Public Works and Engineering Services Department would like to inform motorists that Black Road between Second Line and Third Line will be closed to throughway traffic for approximately 6 months beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, May 28.
The closure is necessary to facilitate reconstruction work. Access for residents in the area as well as all businesses including Bethel Bible Chapel, Sinclair Ballfields, Lemieux Composting and Black Road Veterinary will be maintained from either Second Line or Third Line. Motorists are urged to be cautious and obey all detour signage in the area during this time.
The City of Sault Ste. Marie thanks its citizens for their patience and understanding during this road closure period.
