Paul Caldbick, Chair of the Planning Advisory Committee, said "Every year there are local development projects that go above and beyond using creative and unique ways to provide a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing development. The size and costs associated with a particular project are not the leading factors in determining the winner."
Previous winners of the award include; Muio's Restaurant; Smokey's BBQ Pit, Wacky Wings; Skeggs Paciocco Lawyers, and last year's winner - The Chippewa Trading Post and Frontier Village on Great Northern Road.
