Corporate Services includes the City Clerk, Finance and Human Resources.
The City Clerk's primary task is to function as the corporate secretary to City Council, ensuring that all Council Agendas, Minutes of proceedings, resolutions, decisions, voting, records are recorded, documented and certified.
The Finance Department provides financial services for municipal operations including: payroll, accounting, purchasing, tax collections, financial analysis, budget and audits, and the development, operation and maintenance of corporate computer applications and systems.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for the administration of employee services, labour relations, legislative administration and compliance, and health and safety.
